- Certain items, such as customized or personalized jackets, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- We recommend using a track-able shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
