Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as customized or personalized jackets, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a track-able shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates are non-refundable.
